Anniversary Love Gifts

Are you looking for something different to purchase your wife for your anniversary ?  You bought her flowers last year, and the year before, and you get the feeling that she would like for you to buy her a gift that shows that you put some thought and PLANNING into the purchase of her gift.   We know that most guys do not plan ahead, and are not thinking about what to buy until the last minute , but we would sure love an easy solution to this annual dilemma that would allow us to give a great gift, receive the appropriate credit while not having to put a ton of time into the planning.   We find that the easiest ideas  is to put together a gift basket full of items that represent your relationship.  I know this sounds like a lot of work, but it is very easy to whip together gift baskets in just a few hours.  The first thing you need to do is find something that represents your first date , like a gift certificate to the restaurant you went to and include that in the gift basket.   If you don’t live in the town of your first date , then go purchase a DVD from the first movie you went to with her.   No matter how you look at it , she will be blown away by the fact that you remembered the details about your first date.  Secondly take your wedding photo album to a local cake company and have them make a  a small cupcake that looks similar to your wedding cake  and put that in a clear box and include that in the gift basket.  Now that you have two personal items that represent your first date and marriage, it is time to fill it with items that you know she uses and enjoys.  Go out and purchase some of her favorite body location and maybe a massage oil as well.  You don’t have to make it a spa gift basket, but including something she enjoys and uses shows that you are in tune with her wants and needs.  The next step is to figure out what to use as the base of the gift basket , and the easiest thing to do is to go out and purchase a basket or a basket tray from a local store that would look good in your bathroom with soaps or towels in it after your anniversary is over.  Take the basket and fill it with colorful shred, and then the items that you purchased.   Now that the basket is filled up  , take some clear cello wrap and wrap it around, and then put a ribbon around it.  You now have a gift that your wife is going to love using the items, and is also going to be reminded of the fact that you remember all of the small details of the early stages of your dating and marriage.
